The State of Emergency, Right?

In South Africa, we've declared it's not a state of emergency, is it, Mark? What is it called? We've declared a state of disaster. The difference is state of emergency must can only be done in the certain conditions. But you also have to declare it to restore the nation back to a state of peace and order. And there's some room for parliamentary intervention that has a constitutional time limits involved but we're not there yet.
