The Key Man Risk Is an Investment Decision, Right?
The key man risk thing is really straightforward. Don't be reliant on one person for marketing, for brand, and for product. That's a pretty simple thing to figure out. But then the complex thing is, well, okay, how do we actually execute that? How do we make it feel authentic? And then how do we make sure that all, because that's an investment, right? The second goal was to design this growth profile that we like, right? It's not very multi-factorial, right? There's a lot more than just problem A or B.
