How Do You Analyze Your Heart Rate Data?

Most people though on the three minute stages will look very linear. So if your heart rate stabilizes very quickly, maybe even three minute ramps might be too long and you really should go for that sort of incremental type test where your power or speed goes up every 30 seconds or every minute as most. It's where you five minutes, six minutes is where you start to get those plateaus. Well I can tell that I have several athletes that would not look linear for three minutes.
