How to Deal With Loneliness and Distress
All of us throughout all the course of life have the desire the deep need to attach to someone else. If you are an extrovert and you're deprived of other people in your life what's going to happen is you'll become desperate because you need to connect with more than one person. It's important for that extrovert to feed that energy and have many networks to feed their sense of loneliness. Social connection also plays a big role in our survival and it's also part of our genetic makeup.
