"I spent the night journaling and trying to find a way to explain what I was feeling," says Paul. "Here it was the moment I'd been waiting a lifetime for when my dad would finally understand why I was so quote sensitive, unquote." The next morning he sat down with his daughter at their home in New York's Upper East Side. He told her that she had given him too much emotional support as a child. 'You can go ahead and write me a letter and say, Paul enough with the pet loves and I will cast you to hell,' writes Paul.
