The number one thing that I see are call to action problems, but I'm always sort of pleasantly surprised by that because it's the easiest thing to fix. The few things that I see most often in those reviews is that the call to action is just very too deep. Imagine walking into a store, having all your stuff being geared up, bought into the product, but just not knowing where to give your money.
