When I was teaching in a school in New Zealand the director of studies told us that there are students who are at B2 level and they still wanted to study grammar but the grammar he said it's always the same. The best way to keep making progress is to learn new expressions, collocations and even know how the words that you already know combine with other words to learn new meanings. Fabio says many people are sort of stuck up B1 and yeah they need to practice more.
