Feminism Is an Outgrowth of Christianity

I am of the view though that actually feminism is an outgrowth of Christianity and that there is something valuable about being small and vulnerable rather than something despicable. I think that feminism completely relies on that idea which is by no means shared by all cultures but certainly wasn't shared by the ancient Roman culture from which Christianity sprung. Even a woman who doesn't have male kin available to defend her against sexual violation she is nevertheless worthy of that protection it kind of socializes this maybe the wrong word but it shares that duty of protection among the community and among women.
