I've Been Trying to Not Look at My Phone When I Wake Up

Iav aen, 11 months old, and you're up ke two in the morning. And then i've a hard time geting. I'm not a very good sleeper. Like, what else my slos to do? Stare at the ceiling. My current obsession is that i've been really, really trying to not look at m phone when i wake up. It's so bad. Terro wy can't even expect to go back to sleep when you're yet,. like, especially wit, if it's super dark and it's just your phone light. No ever the midde of the night.
