Grafana does a personality test called a Rembrandt on all applicants. I'm looking to see what sort of research someone has done and how much time and energy they put into the hiring process. We have a presentation step for all of our customer facing roles. And you can easily see in the first five minutes who really invested time and energy into that.

Grafana Labs is an observability stack built around Grafana, a leading open-source technology for dashboards and visualization. Douglas is a seasoned revenue leader, previously leading operations and GTM strategy at Zendesk.
