The Presidents Are Not Amenable to Indictment
Two LLC opinions have long been understood that sitting presidents are not amenable to indictment and prosecution. I personally subscribe to those arguments that you need to impeach a president before you can indict him for all sorts of like he is the executive branch. And then in terms of states, we don't like there's a, you know, of the horizontal and vertical separation of powers. There's just good reason for that.
