The Evolution of Plastic in the Oceans

The United States is responsible for only 1% of the total contribution to, you know, plastic garbage in the oceans. I found in that story a metaphor for Twitter. It's a garbage patch, but interesting new light forms and interesting ideas are blooming. Whether in the middle of the Pacific Ocean or on Twitter, you can find a little life, a little vitality even among the steaming garbage.
