Is It Possible to Filter Transactions With Your Note?

Luke dash here came up with this filter idea, right? Sort of. He doesn't like inscriptions and so he was like, well, you know, somebody should write a filter. So I really encourage any node operator who doesn't like these things to filter them from his memo pool. There's very subtle technical reasons related to not seeing a double spend against you because it matches the ordinals inscription signature. You might actually be blindsided yourself if you run this patch.
