The Importance of Biblical Theology in the Church

Bible theology is not just a seminarian's hermeneutical sport, it's actually how we grow and build healthy churches. It guards the church from the deadly air of proclaiming a false gospel as the centerpiece of its mission to the world for the praise of God's glory. So if we're not teaching the real gospel, right, then we're teaching by its definition a false gospel that's going to lead to false converts and false churches. That immorality affirming church also leads to bad biblical theology. And so all through the scriptures, we see God's, you know, promise for underpinnings in scripture,. We have to stand before a holy God and give
