The Problem With Natural Law

The problem with natural way comes up at the beginning of chap of paragraph seven on page. Much like Strauss's book, we did this episode backwards. We've got many different principles of natural, right? They all have really good arguments, but there's too many and they conflict. So I think if we were in the pre-political situation, we wouldn't need the history of political philosophy to sort of recapture the problem of natural - it would hit us phenomenologically. Because we've obviously become so sophisticated that we need to unlearn our sophistication and just be face to face with what is a problem for times and places.
