Set goals when you're in your right mind. Aim for real, not perfect. Remember that even though you are no longer this star athlete, a D1 athlete, you clearly had some passion and ability to navigate the harder parts of exercise or self-control. And so remember that you still have these parts of your personality and that they are accessible to you.
