The Importance of Legislation

Congress doesn't legislate really, so what do you do if you don't legislate? What is it? So the actual decisions that get made are at the end of the year. It's always in December are crumb-nibus bill that we had passed at the last minute or the debt ceiling bill coming up soon. There's not actually a lot to do. You can hold on to your power in your wheelchair and make sure that everybody in your extended family is done pretty well. But like, but your family will get rich. That's the fact of governance. Your family will getrich. Name me the family that didn't get rich going to Congress and just sitting on
