The Effects of the Wolf Pack on Sea Otters

Sea otters play a very similar ecological role to wolves. They control the populations of potentially destructive invertebrates, such as sea urchins. Otters are nearly driven to extinction due to human hunting. The population has been expanding at a really great rate, about 20% per year.
