Inflation Swaps - You're Trading a Forward Price Level
Inflation swaps are a type of interest rate swap. Unlike libor swaps or sopher swaps, you're trading y rather than x. There's one cash floe at the end and just one cash flow exchange. For a time there was an inflation options market but it has since died.
