Is One-on-One Education More Effective Than Classroom Setting?

I remember you wrote a while ago in one of your newsletters about uh I think it's called Bloom's Two Sigma Problem and just like kind of talking about how one-on-one education or coaching is like a lot more effective than like a classroom setting. I would just be curious to hear you talk more about that and like how you maybe like how you've discovered that in your own experience what what that's been like. up mm-hmm yeah I think that feeds into  what we all sort of know that classroom learning is just terrible there are a few geniuses for like amazing lectures or amazing teachers who manage to overcome it but I mean even then learning is tied to motivation
