The Paraglider and the Hub Quests
Go to the Heber Mountains first and do that one first. It'll make traveling and traversing the world a lot easier once you have completed that main quest. There's another main quest that starts you unlocking the camera for the peripad. You will also want to get a horse and go to the stables on your way to the main quest in the Hebrew mountains. These are just basically things that you need to do to get the full experience with Breath of the Wild.
