Who Can Have Epistemic Rights?

In the book, you try to avert im having to take a stanc on the debate between will and interest theories in the wrights literature. But i'm just wondering if they might be edging towards interest view of rights. If it doesn't look lik you need to be able to be a claimant then it looks like begin of some element of the will theory as is is, is not on the carriYes, i think that's a fair comment. And so yes, there is, i think there's some truth and a truth in what you're saying. We should talk about that more.
