What We See Predicts What We Do
What we see helps shape our behaviour. If what we see predicts what we do, why don't we be intentinal about what we put inside of our visual space? And maybe we can nudge ourselves into making choices that we want to make that might be harder to make. A great example of this is when Google noticed their employees were gaining weight due to all the unhealthy snacks they had around them. They made some of the more unhealthy snacks harder to see by putting them in opaque containers and on lower levels of the fridge. That seemed to translate into behaviora change. So that's an example of how, you know, unintentionally trying o do a service for your employees of what snacks do
