How to Make an Impact in Engineering?

There's inherent tension between productivity and leverage. If you don't figure out leverage, then productivity doesn't matter at all. There are more possible things i could do with my time than ever - it's so hard for me to decide what is worth spending time on. Is there a way to split your time that you're ever going to feel good about? Probably not.
