The Power of Rage

At five, I felt at least emotionally like I was largely responsible for my parents mental states. As I began imagining my presence self playing with that five year old, I began to touch an unbelievably intense rage. When people feel this, they begin to overlay that genuine feeling with spiritual stories about why their current evolved selves don't feel those feelings. She kept her word and she tenderly circled around the place in me that I didn't want to go. Sometimes when we touch a place in us where there is an incomplete process, we may feel the urge to do something that would complete the process. And once every muscle in my body was tight, I let out a guttural scream.
