The Importance of Cold Showers
My unpopular opinion is that a shower is no good unless it goes properly cold. Do you gradually make it go cold, like sort of the opposite of boiling a frog? Or do you just blast it straight immediately cold? No, absolutely blast cold. Blast hot, blast cold. I heard that's good for your immune system as well. That's good for all things. And lack of it is bad for bad for allThings. So they go. Brian: "I actually think you should probably leave. You've gone too far"
