The Growth Mindset

It's important to realize that even if people have a fixed mindset, they're not always in that mindset. We found that whatever mindset people have in a particular area will guide them in that area. People with money or rich parents have a safety net and can take more risks until they succeed. Rich, educated, connected effort works better.
