What Is the Value Ladder?
i don't believe that people need an entire value ladder business to be successful. I think for most people it's a matter of adapting, tweaking and adjusting the way you're serving your audience. And so te the really important thing here is that you are not choosing to change your audience. You're not choosing to start a completely different ness,. targeting a completely different audience. Those are two different scenarios.
