The Benefits of Boiling Pasta

I was trying to cook pasta for my whole family one time at a recent family gathering a couple years ago. And I could, it just felt like it was never boiling. It might be getting to that temperature before it just doesn't look boiling. But when it's already boiled, so pasta, you know, for taste or even for ration, I like to add salt at the end. That was one of my favorite episodes we did early on.
