In the early days at sandoso, we had c s ms that managed the entire post sales. And i think that's pretty common in the early days for start ups because you don't have enough headcountor. But pretty quickly we realize that we wanted to split some of that out. So now we have an account management team, of support team and a customer's success team,. As well as an on boarding team. These specialized roles has helped our customers become way more successful.
