Design is such a critical piece of appreciative inquiry. There's no point in the process if nothing is created that moves an organization forward. As soon as we begin to ask powerful questions, organizations and teams begin to move. And then asking that question, finding a place to begin to discover what is to dream, what might be to design what will be.
