"I think life's a forever balanced. And i don't know if i'm always quite balanced as i'd like to be," says surfer and mother of three tobias, wesley and mika. "i listen to myself when i'm feeling like stressed out, or anxious or just like over elmed, chances are i'm doing too much in the day", she adds.
