Keeping It Light and Fun and Engaging With Our Customers

The Digi team did a scene called Carl's Distraction Attractions. It was just a web page of ways to keep busy when you're at home twiddling your thumbs. Teresa usually comes up in the front room at our weekly meetings and does a sports style recap. But since we don't have Tuesday's of Carl, she just recorded a video or a cover doing it and put it on Slack. So that took an external way we created connection and then also created connection internally by doing that.
