The whole point of that method is to re balance your physiology. And they do it through breathholding techniques and calm breathing as well. So af you have somebody lying on the back with their knees bent, and they breathe in, does their badly rise? Does their lower ribs expand? Dos their chest, or mid chest, where your loge would be, does that expand? Ccause some people don't. And can they let go of their exail, or is their exal held? If any of those three aspects ar are not optomized, then the physiology will also be off. Their whole breath will be opn the last part them is is the breathing rhythms.
