Is Marriage a Good Match for a Gay Man?
St. Dan Susan: I grew up with a paradigm where you don't feel permission to do those things. For me, marrying a man was the best decision. My husband worked all day on Wednesdays at his job and traveled 90 miles one way for stake presidency meetings that lasted at least three hours but sometimes six. And Sundays he was gone traveling throughout our stake and would thankfully be back in time for dinner. There have been meetings where the wives of men who hold high leadership positions have encouraged us to be pleasant and not complain to our husbands about how long they are away from home. That happens a lot these days. We will release part two later this week.
