For 2023 I have chosen the word assertive people who know me personally and you would be the perfect example. "I always describe myself as a bit of a doormat" Jess says she wants to work on being more confident in what she thinks is right and wrong, not necessarily defaulting to agreeing with people because it's the easy option.
