I find that i get really overwhelmed if i try to read five chapters about management in one week. I think it's taking on more rolls so that you're helping other people do the best at their job well, instead of just focusing on doing the best in your individual role. It's starting to influence other people and mentoring them and bringing them along journeys with you. If you're trying to become more seiniers, work on those teaching skills, inventoring skills,. And also thinking about road maps and to choose the text tack for things. Instead of just working on features, you're working on actual end end products.
