The Unusual Constants of the Universe
The accelerating expansion of the universe is thought to be caused by a so-called dark energy. It is related to a constant, often referred to as the cosmological constants. Some physicists are very uncomfortable with a fine-tuning argument. They question what the point is of pondering what would happen if a parameter changed a little invalid when we don't actually have a theory which says what thatparameter should be in the first place. But there is an exception to this.
