Are You Actually Calling the Style Council?
Suzanne Blumson is a member of the style council at the Financial Times. She says she feels 'very odd' to use an alternative style, but that's just how she hears it. Women still heavily outnumber men in academic economics despite recent changes. Dr Cleo Chasoneres de Guish has been studying women's participation in economics. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, women were both well represented and highly influential for their time.
