The Business Is a Reflection of Us

I learned a really valuable lesson. I don't expect other people's to fix my salf i take responsibility for it. The business is a reflection, it feels like, of us. And if there's something wrong in the business, then it is absolutely down to us to fix it. We want, deliciously elle to be something that customers are proud of and our team are proud of. Obviously we're not going to get everything right all the time, but we we really care. It was such an empowering thing to tell this kind of fish out of water kid that was that was there.
