The Case of Corey's Overdose
Corey Richards was charged with aggravated murder, first degree felony, and three counts of a second degree felony possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. She is suing Eric's sister for what she thought that should be hers after her husband died. Corey filed for her insurance payouts and collection of Eric's assets, believing the pre-nump was still in place. But she found out that Eric himself had removed her and put his sister on there instead three years prior. The legal battle is all occurring like in the year after Eric's death, along with the subsequent police investigation that's going on at the same time.
