I feel like sometimes the head count conversation, at least as far as what content is out there sort of stops there. Nobody thinks about or talks about all the support that goes into making an AE successful. You can't just build out that sales function without also building out the CS function in most cases. A thoughtful CS function is worth its weight in gold.
