The light turned from red to green, and the car in front of me wasn't moving. i noticed that they didn't notice that the light had changed. So i had every intention of just tapping the horn softly and en doing the tap, tap,. But i didn't do that. When i touched it, it honked just long enough to where it sounded more like ha, like, i'm annoyed.
