Is the Housing Market Going Down?

People are not able to afford homes. So they're not getting into real estate and it's suppressing it significantly. Our sales volume dropped not because homes have fallen in price. Mortgage interest rates have gone back down to 5%. And if you did a rate by down, you can get that down to the low fours at a lower prices. But everyone's either afraid and uncertain or they just simply can't afford it.
