Theme: Theme of a Novel, Right?
Every scene is an aspect or anevolution of your theme of revenge, or your insight into it. It's the centre building block for all the other story elements. You can think of it as a touchstone, a premise. Some people want their theme to be spoken and act one,. i think that's fine, once you know it. Am, it's really your point of view on the world. What's important to you emotionally is sitting in there somewhere, righte? And like laurin said, umt an early stage - it's very broad. But it could be about longing. It could be about forgiveness.
