Andre picard: It's going to be another very difficult fall for our elderly population. In winter, we're seeing that the fourth wave is picking up steam. The debates are going to be really crucal and i think some one has an opportunity here to make a mark in the debate. And if they do, the politicians will listen and they'll pay attention If they think that it's going to happen.
