Introduction

There is a new future included in Bitcoin core 24 which was two episodes ago. This is the first time I think that a Bitcoin core release candidate has been delayed because of a future, right? Because usually it's defined bugs but this time this was like explicitly meant to be in there. But then discussion happened whether that was actually desirable.
