Don't do anything on a handshake. Have everything spelt out in a shareholder agreement. Get a lawyer involved from de dot and make sure you understand exactly what the rules of engagement are between you and whoever you're doing projects with. Make sure that everybody on the team adds value. Money is, well, it's up to the person doing this. If money is n of a value add, i'll leave that up to the listener. But generally speaking, w we're looking for people that can add value, either from, you know, a general knowledge of the market, or general knowledge in terms of designer or improvement, right? Ye.
