When they come to power, one of their main tasks is to change the culture of not only political culture, but a professional culture. They use propaganda and other means to seem like these efficient take all take charge leaders. And in fact, they're highly inefficient as leaders. Even January 6 was a leader rescue operation. It was very much an outgrowth of this leader cult and the lawlessness that it fosters.
