E agriculture is taking a biopsy from a living animal and growing those cells in a lab. No animals are harmed in that process. There's an australian company called vau which says we've only ever domesticated five species on earth for protein production. But there's two million species on earth, and if we don't need to harm those species, there's most likely a far healthier, delicious protein alternative out there for us to produce. And essentially, at the end of that you'll be able to have 100 % nutritional quality on one end, and 100% taste and decadence, potentially, on the other.
